magicalmacguffins:

Are you going to Otakon?  My awesome friend ECT Mills is going to be cosplaying The Faceless Old Woman Who Secretly Lives In Your Home from Welcome to Night Vale.  And though the pulses from Hidden Gorge have spoken, she isn’t going to stop campaigning!  She designed those sweet campaign buttons and then hired out my button maker to bring them to life.

In accordance with the wishes of the podcasters these buttons won’t be sold, but she will be giving them out to anyone who finds and identifies her at the convention!  Quanties are very limited so, if you want to show your support for the Faceless Old Woman, find her early!

Catch me if you can! Trust no faces, they only lie, and smile, with teeth.

Tired of two faced politicians? Looking for a change? Support the faceless old woman who secretly lives in your house!

I always thought the standard lion/eagle mix for griffins was a bit boring so I decided to play.  This is an Ocelot and Peregrine Falcon breed, smaller and more maneuverable than it’s better known cousin.

For my birthday last month I got an airbrush.  I’ve been playing with it ever since but this is the first genuine piece done using it.

This series was done for a local gallery doing a show for fantasy and abstract art.  So in the spirit of old school fantasy I decided to revisit some of my favorite fairy tale pieces.

I recently caught up with Welcome To Night Vale, so far Tamika Flynn has been my absolute favorite character though I also have a soft spot for the faceless old woman who secretly lives in your house.
A memorial Commission of beloved Grandparents that had recently passed.

I’ve had some inquiries about logo design recently so since I don’t particularly have any recent vector work up I’ve been working up some samples.  I decided to start with an image that I’m already using on a lot of my branding, the central tree from The Moon.

The first version I did was staying very true to the original work keeping as much foreground detail as possible and crashing illustrator two or three times.  Then I did a more graphic simplified version for more versatile use.
